Beverly A. (Burns) Glaser, age 80, of Centerville OH, passed away at home on November 6, 2013. She was born February 18, 1933 in Allentown, PA to the late Thomas J. & Edith (Washburn) Burns. She was a 1950 graduate of Allentown High School, and received her BA from the University of Illinois and her MA from Oakland University. Beverly worked as a buyer of Women's Fashions for several large department stores, including Hess's, Leh's, Pomeroy's, Hahne & Co., Rich's and Jordan Marsh. Beverly was a worldwide traveler and an avid reader, who shared her home with her mother for many years. Later in life she managed the gift shop at Kettering Medical Center and enjoyed staying connected with her extended family. Beverly loved animals and took great pleasure in caring for her pets throughout her life.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Herbert O. Glaser and daughter, Janet. She is survived by her son, John (Patti) Glaser; daughter, Judy (Bob) Hutchison; grandson, Mathew (Maureen); Great grandsons, Sage and Devin; brother, Thomas Burns; sister, Jacqueline (Bob) Sigethy; nieces, Sandy, Kathy, Alexis and Alison, and great nieces, Ashley, Kelsey and Lexie.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7th at 12:30 p.m. in Grandview Cemetery, 2735 Walbert Ave. Allentown, PA. Arrangements c/o Kohut Funeral Home, Inc.
Jan Gren
Jan “John” F. Gren, 69, of Zionsville, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013. He was the loving husband of 35 years to Elizabeth. Born in Debowiec, Poland, he was the son of Hermina (Foltyn) and the late Karol Gren. John worked as an Auto Mechanic for over 50 years.

Mother, 2 Sisters, 1 Half- Brother and numerous Nieces and Nephews in Poland
He was predeceased by 1 Brother and 2 Half- Sisters.
A Calling time will be held on Thursday 10-11AM with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11AM all in Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church 1065 Fullerton Ave Allentown, PA 18102. Margaret Guzzie
Margaret (Thomas) Guzzie, 94, passed away January 2, 2013. She was the loving wife of the late Michael Guzzie. Survivors: Son- Michael, 2 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren

Pauline R. Gasparovic
Pauline Rose Gasparovic, 86, died peacefully in her home, Thursday, March 01, 2012. She was the daughter of Kataryna (Nima) and Vincent Gasparovic. A graduate of Allentown High School, Peggy was employed by PPL for more than 40 years. She was a lifetime member of St. John the Baptist Slovak Roman Catholic Church.
She was predeceased by sisters- Elizabeth Gasparovic, Olga Kocher, Anastasia Pavelko, Agnes Sabol, Mary Tomasko and brother- Joseph Gasparovic.
She is survived by nieces and nephews, dear friends and caring neighbors.
Services: Call Wednesday 9:40-10:40AM in Kohut Funeral Home, Inc. 950 N. Front St. Allentown 18102. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM in St. John the Baptist Slovak Roman Catholic Church 924 N Front St. Allentown 18102. Burial to follow in the parish cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pauline’s memory to St. John’s or the Lehigh County Humane Society or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Eve S. Gillespie
Eve S. (Kolus) Gillespie, 91, of Allentown, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2011. She was the wife of the late Edward J. Gillespie. Born in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Eva (Anoulaitis) Kolus. She graduated from Easton High School Class of “39” and then from Sacred Heart School of Nursing. Eve worked as a Private Duty Practical Nurse. She was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Allentown. Eve enjoyed gardening and going to the casino.
She will be sadly missed by her entire family.
