Elizabeth “Betty” H. Kamyniski, 102, of Allentown, passed away January 9, 2021. Born in Catasauqua, she was the daughter of the late George and Margaret (Biss) Hoffman. She had been a volunteer cook for Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church for many years.
Survivors: sons- James Kamyniski of Allentown and Ronald Kamyniski of AZ. She was predeceased by her siblings- Carl Hoffman, Helen Mlynek, Anna Marie Moore, Margaret Kushner, Marcella Ginder and Mary Fedorak.
A viewing will be held Friday, January 15th 12-12:30PM with a Service at 12:30PM in Kohut Funeral Home, Inc. 950 N. Front St. Allentown, PA 18102. Burial to follow in Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
Anna Kuchirka
Anna Kuchirka, 98, of Philadelphia, passed away Thursday morning, December 3rd, 2020 at Lehigh Commons in Macungie.
Anna was the loving wife of John Kuchirka, who passed in 1990.
Born in Allentown on September 11th, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Ksenia (Bobelak) Matsco. In 1945, she married her "Johnny" at St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Allentown. After marriage, they moved to Philadelphia where they continued to be active members of both St. Mary's and St. Vladimir’s Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral in Philadelphia for over 74 years. At St. Vladimir's she served on the Parish Board of Administration and was a member of the Sisterhood of the Blessed Virgin Mary. She was also a member of the St. Mary’s Senior Group.
Known for her sharp wit and endless energy, Anna made friends everywhere she went. She especially enjoyed holidays with her family in Allentown and we were so blessed to have her with us. She is leaving us with years full of love and memories that will last forever.
She was predeceased by her sister Kathryn Semonis and brother John Matsco of Fullerton. She is survived by Goddaughters: Karen Semonis of Emmaus and Daria O’Byrne of New Jersey; Nieces: Gloria Roth (Linde) of Slatington, Betty Epperson (Harold) and Mary Ann Kipp (Dan) of Illinois; Great-nephew: Ben Roth (Laura) of New York; Great-nieces: Chrisa Keck and son Matt of Jenkintown, Lauren Swartz (Nick) of Slatington and daughters Audrey and Luella Swartz. And many, many dear friends in Philadelphia.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 8th at 11:00 AM in St. Mary’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1031 Fullerton Avenue, Allentown, PA, 18102. Burial to follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Anna’s memory to either St. Mary’s in Allentown, or the Capital Improvement Fund of St. Vladimir’s, 6740 N. 5th, Philadelphia, PA, 19126, care of Kohut Funeral Home, Inc.
Patricia Kloiber
Patricia A. Kloiber (Kempsey) age 78, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully in her home with her children by her side on September 8, 2020
Born in Allentown, Patricia was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Kempsey (Swartz).
Patricia was the valedictorian of the first graduating class of Dieruff High School in 1960. She worked many years supporting her family at The Paddock restaurant, and later began a career at the Hartford in AARP Operations where she retired in 2009.
Pat is survived by her three children- Melanie St. Hill (Kloiber) and husband Dave; Kristen Kloiber Brubaker; Rick Kloiber and wife Jill. She was blessed with three loving grandchildren- Natalie Patrice St. Hill, Justin Patrick and Beau Cameron Kloiber.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Monday, September 14, 2020 at St. John the Baptist Slovak Church 924 N. Front St. Allentown PA 18102. Calling hours will be held from 7-9pm on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Kohut Funeral Home, 950 N. Front St. Allentown PA 18102 and again before mass 9-10am in the church. Rosemarie Khalil
Rosemarie (Kutzer) Khalil, 79, of Hellertown, passed away August 21, 2020. She was the loving wife of the late Andre M. Khalil. Born in Austria, she was the daughter of the late Fritz and Elizabeth Kutzer. She worked for many years as a commercial stylist for Spring Maid. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church in NY until 2011. Rosemarie enjoyed watching HG TV, being with her family, going to the beach and doing yard work. She also loved cats and birds. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: son- Andre Khalil and his wife Marianne; granddaughter- Marieangela Rose Khalil; sister- Elizabeth Teichman; brother- Fritz Kutzer.

Joseph Kuhns
Joseph L. Kuhns, 75, of Allentown, passed away July 20, 2020. He was the loving husband of 45 years to Bernadette (Olsovsky) Kuhns. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Charles and Ruth (Butler) Kuhns. Joseph served in the U.S. Marine Corp. during the Vietnam War and took pride in being a veteran. Joe retired from Stanley Vidmar. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, the Mountainville Fire Co., the VFW #2124 and the American Legion Post 576. He was always finding a way to socialize. He loved sports, especially baseball; which he had played, coached and watched his grandchildren play. Some of his favorite sports teams included the Boston Red Sox and the LA Rams. Joe also enjoyed playing cards, going to the shore, gambling, gardening and landscaping. But his greatest joy was being a father, grandfather and friend.
Survivors: wife- Bernadette Kuhns, daughter- Jennifer and husband Shaun Reightler, son- Justin Kuhns, grandchildren- Chase, Mackenzie and Dylan, sister- Edna and husband Michael Redhead of Oregon. He was predeceased by his brothers- Earl and Leonard Kuhns.
A viewing will be held on Friday, July 24th 10-11AM with a Funeral Service to follow at 11AM in St. Elizabeth Catholic Church 618 Fullerton Ave Whitehall, PA 18052. Burial to follow in Cedar Hill Memorial Park.

Susan Kremposky
Susan E. (Miller) Kremposky, 57, of Allentown, passed away May 20, 2020. She was the loving wife of 30 years to Edward Kremposky. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Leo L. and Elizabeth (Guzie) Miller. Susan worked as a Technical Partner for Lehigh Valley Hospital for many years. She also worked for the Children’s Clinic at LVH 17th & Chew Sts for 13 years. She was a member of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Susan enjoyed planting flowers and vegetables and doing work around the yard.
Survivors: husband- Edward Kremposky; son- Justin Kremposky; brothers- Leo C. Miller Jr. and wife Marie, Joseph Miller and wife Kathy, Ronald Miller and wife Patricia, Thomas Miller and wife Lisa; 1 niece and 8 nephews.
A Drive Thru Viewing will be held Saturday May 23rd 10-11AM at Kohut Funeral Home, Inc. 950 N. Front St. Allentown, PA 18102. Burial will follow for the family in St. Mary’s Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery.

Edward Kacsur
Edward S. Kacsur, 87, of Allentown, passed away December 29, 2019 in his home. He was the loving husband of Ann Marie (Sylvester) Kacsur. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Edward and Theresa (Skrovanek) Kacsur. Edward served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean War. He retired from the #420 Steam Fitters Union. He was a member of the Fullerton Legion, the VFW in Fullerton, the Marine Corp. League of Lehighton and the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors: wife; children- John Kacsur and wife Pam, Susan Emerson and husband Irv, Edward P. Kacsur and wife Gail; stepchildren- William Powell and wife Susan, James Powell, Joel Powell; 7 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife- Mary Kacsur.
A calling time will be held Monday, January 6th 10-11AM in St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church 1879 Applewood Dr. Orefield, PA 18069. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM. Burial will be Private for the family.

Anna M. (Zuercher) Kuhns, 86, of Allentown, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019. She was the loving wife of the late Harold W. Kuhns. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Kuhns) Zuercher. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Lehigh County Senior Citizens Society.
Survivors: brother- Francis R. Zuercher and wife Margaret of Bath; sister-in-law- Annamae Zuercher of Allentown; granddaughters- Suzanne and Diana; 7 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son- Dennis Kuhns and brother- Leo Zuercher.
A viewing will be held Friday, September 27th 9-10AM in Sacred Heart Catholic Church 336 N. 4th St. Allentown, PA 18102 with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10AM in the church. Burial will take place in Resurrection Cemetery, Allentown. Arrangements entrusted to Kohut Funeral Home, Inc.
