Robert Ring, 82, of Allentown, passed away Sunday, April 27th at his son’s home surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband of 62 years to Lucille R. (Kotran) Ring.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Theresa and Julius Ring. He was the last survivor in a family of 9 children.
Bob was a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic and attended VPI for one year. He was an Allentown Police Officer for 35 years, retiring as Captain. Upon retiring he served at the Lehigh County Courthouse for 10 years.
Bob belonged to many organizations including the F.O.P. where he served as President for 4 years and WEYC for 14 years, a member of the Drug & Alcohol Commission and took many classes for Crime Prevention and helped to establish the crime prevention program for Allentown.
He was an accomplished carpenter and a long time homing pigeon enthusiast. He raised and raced pigeons for 50 years. He belonged to the Mingo Homing Pigeon Club.

His greatest joy in life was being Pop Pop to 12 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
Bob was predeceased by his son- Robert Ring Jr. and granddaughter- Kelly.
A viewing will be held on Thursday 10AM-12PM with a service at 12PM all in Kohut Funeral Home, Inc. 950 N. Front St. Allentown, PA 18102. Burial will be Private at a later date.

Corlyn Radio
Corlyn “Corky” M. (Schuler) Radio, 92, of West Chester, formerly of Allentown, passed away November 24, 2013. She was the loving wife of the late John Radio. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Ida Schuler. Corky began her career as a bookkeeper for the Lehigh Valley Railroad. She later worked for Levine and Sons and JCPenny. She was a member of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church. She was a proud and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Grandchildren- Stephanie Michelle Battavio and Joseph John Battavio and wife Rebecca all of West Chester

Mary J. Russoli
Mary Josephine Russoli, 104, resided at Lehigh Center- Macungie, passed away Wednesday, Oct 2, 2013. She was born in Allentown on Sept. 23, 1909 to the late Gioacchino and Vincenza (Munjone) Egizio. Mary was the loving wife to Italo Russoli from July 19, 1930 until his passing Dec. 9, 1984. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and Sacred Heart Catholic Church- Allentown. Mary worked at A-Treat Bottling Co. and Lehigh Valley Respiratory and Medical Aids until retiring in 1986. She loved to cook, play pinochle and loved her Philadelphia Flyers. Mary was also a member of the Ladies Social Club of the Italian Club and their Sr. Citizens Club in Allentown.
She was predeceased by sister- Edith, brothers- Joseph, John and Vincent, granddaughter- Carol Russoli Hurst of Rye, NY and grandson- Ronald Thaddeus of Alburtis, PA.

John C. Romanyzyn
John C. Romanyzyn, 90, of Allentown, passed away Monday, August 12, 2013 in his daughter’s home in Schnecksville. He was the loving husband of the late Betty J. (Miller) Romanyzyn. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Gregory and Theresa (Toczek) Romanyzyn. John graduated from Nazareth High School. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. John had worked for Bond Bread, Bethlehem Steel and Remita Rug.
He will be sadly missed by his entire family.

Elizabeth Rikli
Elizabeth Betty Rikli, 87, of Center Valley, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2012 in Manor Care, Bethlehem. She and her husband John Rikli Jr. were married for 59 years until his passing in 2006. Born August 13, 1924 in Skippack, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Pearl Kiniuk. Elizabeth was a hairdresser for 30 years in the Allentown and Center Valley areas. She loved her church andbeing a member of St. Marys Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Allentown. Both she and her husband loved to host family parties and outings. She traveled withher husband and family during her retirement years.
Survivors: Sons, Gregory J. of Center Valley and Larry J. and his wife Carol (Schiavone) Rikli of Emmaus; brother, Walter Kiniuk and his wife Lillian of Sellersville; sisters, Helen and husband Charles Morykan of Easton; Kathryn (Kiniuk) Whitehead of Quakertown; Pearl Kiniuk of Quakertown; grandchildren, Tina Rikli of Ephrata, Brian and his wife Rachael (Price) Rikli of Scranton, Heather and her husband Christopher Semmens of Charlotte, NC; Corrine and Braden Rikli of Emmaus. Jeffrey F. Rothdeutsch
Our beloved son Jeffrey F. Rothdeutsch, 38, of Clearfield, Utah,
passed away September 24, 2011 in his home. Born in Whitehall, he was
the son of Frank and Anna (Hanych) Rothdeutsch. He grew up in
Whitehall and attended St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church
where he served as an altar boy for 10 years. Jeffrey served in the
U.S. Air Force for 4 years. He was currently employed as an IT
Analyst Programmer for the Department of Defense at Hill Air Force
Base in Utah.
Jeff will always be remembered as one of the most fun loving person
you could meet. He had a gift for always looking on the bright side
and being positive. Jeff was a very loving and attentive father and
his children will always know how much he loved them. Jeff touched
many lives and will be missed by all.
